Christmas & New Year orders & delivery information

**We draw your attention to our T&Cs which will apply to the delivery of all Seasonal Goods.**
Order deadlines
Christmas 2023 last order date - Sunday 10th December 2023.
You can order your meat for Christmas 2023 delivery up until our last order date of Sunday 10th December 2023 (subject to availability). Please note we are unable to accept any orders after 10th December for delivery on any date before Christmas.
New Year 2023 last order date - Sunday 17th December 2023
You can order your meat for New Year 2023 delivery up until our last order date of Sunday 17th December 2023 (subject to availability).
Last Delivery dates
Last Pre-Christmas delivery date - Friday 22nd December
We advise upgrading your delivery to an am service to reduce the chances of delivery delays.
New Year delivery dates - Thursday 28th and Friday 29th December 2023.

*Please note that all orders dispatched between Christmas and New Year will be frozen products*
Collections
Collections will be available during Christmas week until 2pm on Saturday 23rd December 2023.
No collections will be available between Christmas and New Year.
2024
Deliveries and collections will resume as usual from Wednesday 3 January.
Amendments and cancellations
We understand that plans change and so we try to do our best to accommodate changes to orders up until our Christmas order deadline of 10 December (with a minimum of 7 days notice before your selected delivery date). This applies to adding or removing items to your order, cancellations and change of delivery date or address.
After 10 December, we regret that we are unable to cancel or amend the contents of any orders or accommodate changes of delivery address or date. This applies to all orders due for delivery from 10 December - 31 December. This is to manage the workload of our small hardworking team and to ensure that any meat ordered or prepared does not go to waste.
