Free Range Family Three Bird Roast

Available : All year

  • Easy carve roast of a Creedy Carver free range duck, pheasant and wood pigeon
  • Choice of gluten free or meat free stuffing
  • Dispatched chilled
  • Minimum  hassle, maximum taste

Our Three Bird Roast is perfect for a family celebration and ideal if you are cooking for 6 to 10 people.

Made to order only, we debone a Creedy Carver free range duck leaving part of the drumstick and wing humurus bone in and carefully pack it with pheasant and wood pigeon fillets bedded with your choice of stuffing that is placed central down the roast.

There is choice of meat free or gluten free stuffings - a gluten free orange and thyme wild boar stuffing or a meat free Apricot, Cranberry stuffing. Layering the meats gives a contrast between the dark and light meats  and a variety of flavours and tastes on your plate. The different colours show well in the slice when served cold, but please be warned that the different meats can separate during carving when served hot.

The bird combination is chosen for size; (pigeon fillets in the centre, then the pheasant fillets and the duck on the outside) and colour (red meat, white meat and then red meat) so that you can see the contrast when serving. The fattier duck on the outside bastes the leaner wild birds inside making cooking incredibly simple.

Minimum hassle, maximum taste

All our meat is delivered using an overnight signed for courier service. These couriers are selected for their high delivery success rates but delays may occasionally occur. Please do not refuse or return any delayed delivery - our insulated packaging will fully protect your order for 48 hours from dispatch so claims cannot be made for deliveries received within this time period. We recommend choosing a delivery date at least one day ahead of when your order is required to avoid any potential disappointment, and stating ‘no signature required’ for further flexibility.

Delivery is free for orders over £85, £7.95 for orders between £20-£85 and £11.95 for orders under £20. Additional charges apply for morning and Saturday delivery slots regardless of order value. Large orders can sometimes incur a £5 additional weight delivery charge. This often applies to the in-fur products which have to be dispatched in two consignments when 8 or more are ordered together.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to buy our goods with complete confidence. We take great pride in the quality of our goods but if you are not completely satisfied with the meat you receive, please contact us, sending photographs, to explain what has gone wrong and we will endeavour to replace, refund or give credit for any defective goods (according to your wishes). Please note that because small game is usually shot with a shotgun it is likely to have some blemishes, pellet holes and/or bruises. Our quality control process means that we filter out any birds with more than three pellet holes or 10% bruising on the breast meat. If you notice more bruising or pellet holes on your products, please do contact us attaching a photo so we can review accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are your products supplied fresh or frozen? We often freeze our game so that we are able to supply seasonal meat all year round. Typically we thaw the meat for one to two days (depending on the weight/size of the product) in a 2ºC environment (for cutting and/or packing) prior to dispatch to you. Read more...

Can you tell me the ingredients of your stuffings and processed products? Yes, full ingredient lists are available. Read more

Do your products contain shot? All our meat in the game meat and game bird categories may contain some shot or shot fragments, as they are culled by hunters using shotguns or rifles. The only exception is squirrel, which is humanely trapped. In most cases the shot is not found in the meat, as shotgun pellets normally rest in the bone or the internal cavity and bullets usually travel right through the body. Shot is made from copper, steel, tungsten, bismuth or lead. For more information on the phasing out of lead, please read our blog.
