Delivery restrictions during the COVID-19 lockdown period

Due to reduced staff levels and increased demand our couriers have advised they cannot guarantee their usual 24hr delivery service to UK mainland addresses.  This means that deliveries to 'remote areas' of the UK will be even further delayed than usual so we have had to take the decision to no longer accept orders during this period.  Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the products will arrive in a suitable timeframe and we do not want to risk delivering spoiled goods to disappointed customers.

If you place an order with a delivery address in one of the following regions, we will be unable to accept your order and will automatically issue a refund.

West & Central Scotland
Argyll & Lochaber
Isle of Arran
Dunbartonshire
Stirlingshire

East of Scotland
Aberdeenshire
Angus and Dundee
Fife
Kincardine & Deeside
Perth & Kinross

North of Scotland and Islands
Caithness, Sutherland, Orkney and Shetland
Inverness, Ross, Cromarty and Skye
Moray and Nairn

We will keep the situation under review and once the couriers resume to normal service we will reinstate the option to select delivery to these areas.
