Sourced from the Scottish port of Peterhead and “seine-caught” in the North Sea, we personally know the boats and their skippers that catch these MSC-accredited haddock. Sustainably and responsibly caught, our fishmonger Chris, will fillet them and smoke them over oak at his Suffolk smokehouse to produce a fine example of this most iconic species. Beautifully flavoured and naturally coloured.

Delivery Information

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days (unless otherwise requested) and delivered using an overnight signed for courier service from Parcelforce.

All our meat is delivered in an insulated box designed to keep your order in fridge like conditions for the 24 hours of the delivery period.

Standard delivery can be made on Tuesday to Friday from 7am onwards - you can specify your preferred delivery date when you checkout.

Delivery is free for orders over £85, £7.95 for orders between £20-£85 and £11.95 for orders under £20. Additional charges apply for morning and Saturday delivery slots regardless of order value. Find out more about delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to buy our goods with complete confidence. We take great pride in the quality of our goods but if you are not completely satisfied with the meat you receive, please contact us to explain what has gone wrong and we will endeavour to replace, refund or give credit for any defective goods (according to your wishes). You also have statutory rights to return certain types of goods, set out in our terms and conditions.

Are your products supplied fresh or frozen?
We often freeze our game so that we are able to supply seasonal meat all year round but typically thaw the meat for 24 hours prior to dispatch. We are happy to send meat to you frozen if you prefer. Read more...
