    After listening to our customer feedback we have refined our Party roast.

    Made to order only, we bone out a goose, use chicken and pheasant fillets then combine them in layers with stuffing between each layer. There is choice of stuffings - a gluten free orange and thyme stuffing or a pork free orange, apricot and rosemary stuffing.

    The bird combination is chosen for size; (pheasant fillets in the centre, then the chicken fillets and the goose on the outside) and colour (red meat, white meat and then red meat) so that you can see the contrast when serving. The fattier goose on the outside bastes the leaner fillets inside making cooking incredibly simple. We feel by using just fillets in the inner layers, this enhances our three bird roast. Its also very good cold, so don't worry if you can't manage it all at the first sitting.

    Of course, as we make these to order, we are happy to use the whole boned birds as inner birds. You just need to make us aware by adding that instruction when placing your order.

    Delivery Information

    Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days (unless otherwise requested) and delivered using an overnight signed for courier service from Parcelforce.

    All our meat is delivered in an insulated box designed to keep your order in fridge like conditions for the 24 hours of the delivery period.

    Standard delivery can be made on Tuesday to Friday from 7am onwards - you can specify your preferred delivery date when you checkout.

    Delivery is free for orders over £85, £7.95 for orders between £20-£85 and £11.95 for orders under £20. Additional charges apply for morning and Saturday delivery slots regardless of order value. Find out more about delivery.

    Returns & Refunds

    We want you to buy our goods with complete confidence. We take great pride in the quality of our goods but if you are not completely satisfied with the meat you receive, please contact us to explain what has gone wrong and we will endeavour to replace, refund or give credit for any defective goods (according to your wishes). You also have statutory rights to return certain types of goods, set out in our terms and conditions.

    We will be delivering Christmas orders up to Thursday 22 December - select your preferred delivery date on the calendar at the checkout. Place your orders by Sunday 11th December - we will be unable to fulfil any Christmas order after this date.

    If you are collecting from our premises in Blaxhall, you are welcome to collect on Friday 23 December - please request this in the special instructions box at the checkout.
