Buy Wild Red / Fallow Venison meat products online
Venison from red and fallow deer are not so significantly different that we have felt the need to separate them, as we have done for roe deer venison. The vast majority of our venison you can buy or order online is from wild fallow deer which live in the Rendlesham forest and surrounding areas. Fallow venison is slightly finer textured than red, which is a little coarser, but venison from red deer dominates the commercial market with farmed red deer from New Zealand stocking most of our supermarket shelves.
