We are delighted to be able to stock Sutton Hoo organic and free range chickens. Founded by Charles and Belinda Nash, Sutton Hoo chickens are a slower growing, old fashioned birds which provide a wonderful texture and a delicious full flavour.
Whether organic or free range, the chickens are fed on a GM free diet which does not contain antibiotics, growth promoters or drugs of any kind. The chickens live in small groups based in mobile houses, lit and ventilated naturally. The roam freely over 40 acres of pasture adjacent to the famous Sutton Hoo Anglo Saxon site.
