On the big screen at Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival

We were thrilled to win a competition held by Suffolk film makers Outhouse Filmworks to create a short film about the Wild Meat Company.

Outhouse have been filming with us over the summer months and produced a fantastic short film about the Wild Meat Company.

The film looks at the abundance of wild game in the Suffolk countryside and the journey it takes from the field or forest, through our butchery to your kitchen. We also wanted to share our passion for encouraging more people to eat wild game - abundant, sustainable and healthy - a great resource for food which we should make more of.

The film will be previewed at the Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival at Snape Maltings over the weekend of 24-25 September and we’ll put it on our website for everyone to see from 1 October If you are at the Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival do go and watch our film and meet the producers in the Dovecote.  It will be on a rolling screening all weekend along with films about fellow Suffolk producers DJ Wines and Hedgerow Cordials and meet the producers.

We’ll be in the main marquee at the Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival with plenty of new season game for you to take home. We love to meet you, our customers, there and enjoy the opportunity to chat and answer any questions you have about game. We look forward to seeing you there!
